Management Status: Natural Area Reserve

Area Description:

Upslope conservation land and agriculture (grazing). Residential development north of bay. Rugged basalt shoreline. Volcanic rock and boulder shallow habitat with patches of encrusting and lobate corals. Deeper reef characterized by aggregated coral heads and sand channels Relatively low relief. Southern sheltered site. One of the more pristine of the CRAMP sites.
